UNESCO World Heritage

At the Kangerlussuaq Museum you can read about the three UNESCO World Heritage sites located in Greenland; Aasivissuit-Nipisat, Ilulissat Icefjord and Kujataa. You can interact with a map over Aasvissuit-Nipisat, and hear locals tell about, how the land has been used for generations. You can also see Miki Jacobsen's beautiful work, that illustrates the land's yearly cycle. A 430x180cm painting, that has to be experienced in real life, in order to catch all the details and its captivating atmosphere.
